Pilates for Postural Realignment

Your neck and shoulders have been tight for so long, you've almost stopped noticing — until you catch your reflection and see how much you've curled inward from years of desk work, phone-scrolling, and carrying more than your fair share.

This eight-week series works with your spine to rebuild the postural strength and awareness that stress and static positions quietly strip away. Combining Pilates-based movement with hands-on alignment work, each session leaves you standing taller — not just physically, but in how you carry yourself through your day.

This is where lasting change in how your body feels actually begins.

Private Yoga and Pilates allow for gentle, yet precise hands-on adjustments. It allows you to feel properly what each exercise does for the body. Therapeutically and somatically.

Pilates for Injury Rehab

When you're recovering from an injury — a disc herniation, a torn rotator cuff, a hip replacement — the last thing your body needs is generic exercises that don't account for your history, or where you actually are today.

This is gentle, precise Pilates work built entirely around your injury and your body's current capacity. Together, we rebuild strength safely, correct the imbalances your body's been quietly compensating for, and bring you back to pain-free movement — with simple exercises to keep the progress going long after you've left the studio.

Myofascial Release & Therapeutics

Your neck, shoulders, and back have been carrying weeks — maybe years — of stress you didn't consciously choose to hold. It shows up as tightness that doesn't ease no matter how much you stretch on your own.

This session uses precise, targeted techniques to release the muscular knots stress has left behind, bringing your body back to genuine ease. You'll also learn simple self-care tools — foam roller, myofascial ball, yoga blocks — so relief doesn't end the moment you leave the room.

Because your body deserves care that keeps working long after the session is over.

In-person classes include Pilates on the Mat, and equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and Ladder Barrel). Online sessions include Pilates on the Mat with small props.

Breathwork & Nervous System Reset

Private Breathwork and Guided Meditation is done to down regulate the nervous system. Wired and tired? Anxious and exhausted even after sleeping? This is for you. Held in-person at COMO Shambhala Bali with resident pilates specialist Mins Teo

Nervous System Reset Tools

You fall into bed exhausted, but sleep won't come easily — or it comes and leaves you just as tired. Your shoulders sit up near your ears without you noticing, and your body stays braced even when nothing is actually wrong. That's not something to push through. That's a nervous system stuck in high alert, asking to be brought back down.

This session pairs breathwork with guided meditation to lower cortisol and invite your body into real rest. The research is clear: slower, deliberate breathing brings down heart rate and blood pressure and improves sleep — helping shift your body out of fight-or-flight and into rest.

You'll leave both calmer and more awake — a combination that's rarer than it sounds, especially right now.

Nutritional Coaching

Wellness and Nutritional Consultation

Healthy living should be effortless. You are doing everything right according to the books, yet energy levels are still faltering. Together, we look at a detailed walkthrough of your diet, lifestyle, fitness habits, sleep and stress triggers, and create a sustainable roadmap to how you can do things differently to live a more vibrant, and present life.

For women, we will look at cycle-synching your lifestyle and workouts, or changes to be made in your diets and workouts to better support you in different phases of life — from 30s, to 40s to 50s.

Nutritional Health Coaching takes a detailed look at your health, fitness, diet, mindset and lifestyle history, to find a new way forward for you to feel more aligned. Held in-person at COMO Shambhala Bali with resident pilates specialist Mins Teo

Rates

Virtual Session

Held in the comfort of your home, or hotel rooms when you are on-the-move, each virtual session runs for 60 minutes.

Designed to suit your unique needs and reach your goals, be it strength, flexibility or nervous system reset in your busy life, classes will be done on the Mat.

In-Person Session

Currently, I teach at COMO Shambhala Estate, Bali. Nested 30 minutes north of Ubud, Bali, this wellness sanctuary features a fully-equipped, Balanced Body® studio.

We have two pieces of every equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrel), allowing for either solo 1:1s, or tandem 1:2s.

Rates for In-Person Class:

  • Solo: 2.6 million IDR (125 eur)

Any changes or cancellations made in less than 24 hours constitutes a full charge.
